Scaffold inspection log

A free template you can use straight away – a runnable app with a traceable history, not a scaffold tag in a plastic sleeve.

Scaffolds are inspected before first use and on a recurring basis after that – and the inspection has to be shown on request.

This template turns the check into a small system: each inspection is recorded with inspector, date and result, a defect can tag the scaffold out until it's actioned, and the history stays put.

Vanliga frågor

What is this – and what isn't it?

It's an inspection log that shows scaffold checks were carried out, with a traceable history. It doesn't replace your own judgement of which rules and intervals apply to your work.

How often should a scaffold be inspected?

It depends on the work and conditions – typically before use and on a recurring basis after that, plus after weather or alteration. Set the check type and "next check" to match your procedures; the tool doesn't enforce a fixed interval for you.

Does it cost anything to start?

No. Open the template as an app and start logging inspections right away, no sign-in. You only sign in when you want to save and invite colleagues.
