What is this template – and what is it not?

It's a log: traceable documentation of the temperature, flushing and cleaning checks you carry out. It is not a complete Legionella programme and it does not replace a proper Legionella risk assessment, or your own judgement of which controls and intervals apply to your system.

How do "My items" and "Overdue" work?

Each check gets a responsible person and a "next check" date. My items shows checks assigned to you, and Overdue shows the ones past their next-check date that aren't closed – so you can see the picture at a glance.

Does it cost anything to start?

No. You can open the template as an app and start recording checks straight away, without logging in. You only log in when you want to save and invite colleagues.
