Self-control log for hygiene businesses

A free template you can start using right away – a runnable app with a traceable history, not a binder of paper.

Hygiene businesses (tattoo, piercing, foot care, acupuncture) are expected to run self-control routines, and an inspector wants to see they were actually carried out.

This template turns that into a small system: each routine point – hand hygiene, sterilization, surface disinfection, waste – is recorded with its interval, a responsible person and a result, and deviations get an action and a next-due date.

This is what the system looks like – filled with examples

FAQ

What is this and what is it not?

It's a self-control log: traceable documentation that your routine checks were carried out and with what result. It's not a complete self-control programme and it doesn't decide which routines or intervals apply to your business – that stays your own judgement based on your risks.

Isn't a binder enough?

A binder shows the routine but not that the checks were actually done. This system logs each check with date, responsible person and result, keeps deviations visible until they're rectified and gives you a history you can show on the spot.

Does it cost anything to start?

No. You can open the template as an app and start recording checks right away, no sign-up. You log in only when you want to save and invite colleagues.
