What is this log – and what isn't it?

It's a traceable record that your autoclave cycles and spore tests were run and what the result was. It is not a complete hygiene programme, and it doesn't decide which sterilization rules or intervals apply to you – that remains your own judgement based on the requirements for your work.

Isn't a paper log enough?

A paper log can be lost or filled in after the fact. This system logs each cycle with date, operator and result, keeps failed cycles visible until actioned, and gives you a history you can show on the spot.

Does it cost anything to start?
